Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency's services. We use the American Center for Credit Education (ACCE) course, Money In Motion, approved by the Executive Office of the US Trustee.
Federal legislation requires anyone seeking discharge from bankruptcy to first complete a Personal Financial Management Course with an approved credit counseling agency.
